The Yoga & Naturopathy DNYS (Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science) course is a two-year program that combines the principles and practices of yoga and naturopathy. This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the human body, its functioning, and the ways in which yoga and naturopathy can be used to promote health and well-being.
The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, yoga philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, naturopathic principles, nutrition, and herbal medicine. Students also learn about the diagnostic techniques and treatment modalities used in naturopathy, such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
